Discover the mysteries of the universe at an interactive science centre on the site of the world's largest particle physics research laboratory, CERN.

A hands- on exhibition entitled "What are we made of?" tells the story of the particles that make up our body and the forces that hold them together.

Entertaining and interactive, the Microcosm contents are also educational with computer games and hands- on experiments. Supporting material is available for teachers and hands- on workshops can be booked in advance… There is something for everyone.

CERN, one of Europe's oldest and most successful joint ventures, was founded in 1954. Today, the laboratory has twenty member states. Visits of the CERN site can be arranged.
