Established in the Grütli Arts House the Geneva Photography Centre is the city's only institution devoted solely to fine art photography.
It is run by a group of practitioners who aim to promote awareness of photography as an art form.
In response to the surfeit of images that invade our daily life, the GPC has chosen to display works by individual photographic artists in order to highlight singular visions.
The Centre organises between 10 and 15 exhibitions every year. Apart from its program of exhibitions, the Centre organise projections and lectures on specific themes.
